Please read these terms carefully before booking our services
Puglia Yacht Charter ("we", "us", "our") provides private yacht charter services departing from Cala Ponte Marina, Polignano a Mare (BA), Italy. Our services include half-day charters, full-day charters, sunset cruises, and bespoke experiences along the Adriatic coast of Puglia.
All charters include a professional licensed skipper, a multilingual hostess, fuel, welcome aperitif with local specialities, snorkeling equipment, SUP board, premium towels, Bluetooth sound system, and air conditioning (where available on the vessel).
Bookings can be made via our website contact form, WhatsApp, email, or telephone. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us (via email or WhatsApp) and payment of 100% of the total amount has been received.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. No booking is confirmed until the total charter fee has been paid in full.
By making a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions.
All bookings are final and non-refundable. No free cancellations are available. Once a booking is confirmed, the full charter fee is due regardless of cancellation.
No-show: If you fail to show up on the scheduled date and time, the full charter fee remains due with no right to a refund or rescheduling.
Requests to modify the date or time of a confirmed booking are subject to availability and must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Modifications are not guaranteed and are granted at our sole discretion.
The charter will always take place regardless of weather conditions. In case of adverse weather (wind, rain, rough seas), the skipper will modify the itinerary to ensure guest safety and comfort while still providing the charter experience.
The skipper has the final authority on all matters concerning navigation and safety, including the decision to alter the route, seek sheltered waters, or adjust the programme based on sea and weather conditions. Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Guests are liable for any damage to the vessel, equipment, or furnishings caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.
Puglia Yacht Charter carries full insurance coverage for the vessel and civil liability. However, we shall not be held liable for:
Guests participate in water activities (swimming, snorkeling, SUP) at their own risk. We recommend that all guests are able to swim and are in good health.
A complimentary welcome aperitif is included in our charter packages. Additional alcoholic beverages may be brought on board by guests. However, the skipper reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption if it poses a risk to safety. Guests under the influence of alcohol who endanger themselves or others may be required to disembark.
We may take photographs or videos during the charter for promotional purposes. By participating in a charter, you consent to the use of such images on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please inform us before or during the charter.
Additional services such as private chef, Jet Ski, Seabob, drone photography, and luxury transfers are available upon request and subject to separate pricing. These services are provided by third-party partners, and their own terms and conditions may apply.
We accept payment by cash (EUR), credit/debit card, and bank transfer. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. The specific pricing for your charter will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bari (Tribunale di Bari), Italy.
